Where do you ship to?
We ship items to US, UK, and Canada.
When will I receive my tracking number and how long will my order be processed?
Once we receive your order, processing will begin immediately. Orders may take 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) to be processed. Tracking number will be provided via email once the item has been shipped.
Which carrier do you use for shipping and what type of method is offered?
All our items will be shipped UPS. Please choose your preferred shipping method during checkout. We offer options for domestic and international shipping.
I made a mistake on the shipping address what should I do?
Please ensure the shipping address provided at checkout has been entered correctly. If an error has been made on the shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@rosejewelrycollections.com for us to make the changes before the items are shipped. Please include Revised Shipping- (Order number) on the subject line. Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our facility.
Am I responsible for Duties and Custom Fees?
International tax and duties, custom fees, or any other charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, these fees are not included in the shipping costs. Rose Jewelry LLC and the carrier do not have control over how long a package may be held and cleared from customs.
Need to exchange a product?
We offer a 7-day exchange policy. Please note that due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns/exchanges on earrings. Please contact support@rosejewelrycollections.com and include Return- (Order number) on the subject line and provide a brief explanation of why you’re returning the item. Please note shipping fees are non-refundable on exchange/return items. We do not provide prepaid shipping label on returns/exchange items.

At this moment, we only accept exchange items which does not include earrings or products that are marked final sale. However, if your product arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at support@rosejewelrycollections.com. All items must be in new and unused condition, with original tags and labels attached to be eligible for a full refund. Please note we do not provide prepaid shipping label on returns/exchanges and shipping fees are non-refundable.
